A PARISH councillor is following in her mother’s footsteps.
Fiona Paterson, 24, has been co-opted on to the parrish council in Watlington, where she lives in High Street.
Her mother Angie is a former chairwoman of the council and previously represented the town on South Oxfordshire District Council.
She is now constituency business manager for Henley MP John Howell and an associate priest at St Leonard’s Church in Watlington.
Cllr Paterson said her areas of concern were traffic and parking as well as providing things to do for young people and keeping the town centre looking attractive.
